With the slogan “Transforming the working environment, reinventing the way we work, changing the way we live”, Work Mill is a platform dedicated to transforming the world of work, and offers regular conferences and events to share ideas on career, learning or collaboration. On January 28, our President & COO, Jun Nagamatsu, took part in a round-table discussion in Tokyo on the theme of “How to provoke inspiring encounters – Those passionate people who push the boundaries”. Hiroo Ukumori, President of Matsuyama Kogyo, closely linked to Okamura, the company that organizes Work Mill, moderated the discussion, which also included photographer Mr. Shuhei Fujita. The participants, from very different professional backgrounds, discussed the passion and exacting standards that guide their work, and how these commitments give rise to creations and innovations.
